My career spans over 20 years in the multifamily housing industry, built on relationship-driven sales, strategic marketing collaboration, and strong operational leadership with a focus on revenue performance. I currently partner closely with ownership groups, management companies, and onsite leadership teams to align strategy, solve complex challenges, and implement solutions that drive sustainable revenue growth, elevate the resident experience, strengthen retention, and support long-term community success.
What advice do you have for someone just starting in your field:
Lead with integrity, listen more than you speak, and never underestimate the power of follow-through. Multifamily is a relationship business—success comes from understanding your partners’ needs, staying adaptable, and always being willing to learn.

What drives me most is the opportunity to serve through leadership—aligning people, purpose, and performance to create lasting impact. I approach my work grounded in faith, guided by principles of integrity, stewardship, humility, and service to others. I’m passionate about building trust, strengthening teams, and solving meaningful operational challenges that allow communities to thrive. Knowing the work we do supports both the success of our partners and the daily experience of residents gives my role a sense of purpose that extends far beyond the day-to-day.
