AANC Scholarship for NAAEI Course

Larry Cranford Memorial Scholarship | $1,000

This scholarship will pay up to $1000 of the cost of the NAAEI Designation course.

The mission of the Larry Cranford Memorial Scholarship is to support the professional education and career development of emerging leaders in North Carolina’s multifamily housing industry.

The scholarship honors Larry Cranford, a beloved North Carolina apartment industry leader known for his folksy charm, dedication to education, and outstanding people skills. Larry taught apartment management and maintenance across the state for over 25 years and served as AANC President from 1996‑1998.

Congratulations Alexis Green, a Leasing Consultant with Gables Residential Partners in Wilmington, North Carolina!
This scholarship will give Alexis up to $1,000 toward earning her CALP designation.
