The Apartment Association of North Carolina is excited to launch our first-ever AANC Maintenance Day on Tuesday, May 18, 2027, at the Raleigh Convention Center.
This hands-on interactive micro-training event is designed specifically for multifamily maintenance professionals, bringing together industry experts, innovative solutions, and practical education that attendees can take back to their communities.
We are looking for engaging instructors and industry professionals who can provide valuable, interactive learning experiences for today’s maintenance teams.

Session Overview

Format: Hands-on / interactive micro-session (not lecture style)

Length: 20 minutes per session (repeated five times)

Audience Size: Up to 10 participants per session

Location: Trade show floor (booth-based or designated area)

Compensation: This is a volunteer (unpaid) opportunity
