Tell us about your career:
I was recently promoted to Vice President of Multifamily Operations at Apartment Dynamics after serving as Director of Property Management. I have more than 25 years of experience in the multifamily housing industry and have been with Apartment Dynamics for the past 10 years. During that time, I've helped oversee a portfolio of nearly 7,000 apartment homes and have led teams through lease-ups, acquisitions, value-add renovations, new construction communities, and operational growth initiatives.
In my current role, I provide executive leadership for operational strategy, portfolio performance, leadership development, property management, leasing, maintenance, compliance, and growth initiatives across our multifamily portfolio. Throughout my career, I've been passionate about operational excellence, team development, client success, and creating a positive resident experience.
I also believe strongly in continuing education and industry involvement. I attended this year's AANC Conference and remain committed to innovation and advancing the multifamily industry across North Carolina.
