With more than 20 years of experience in multifamily maintenance, I have developed a comprehensive understanding of property operations, resident satisfaction, and asset preservation. My hands-on background has provided me with extensive knowledge of building systems, maintenance best practices, and the unique challenges of the multifamily industry.

Over the past five years, I have successfully transitioned into sales, leveraging my operational expertise to better serve clients and deliver value-driven solutions. I began my sales career specializing in multifamily renovations, helping property owners and management companies enhance their communities through strategic improvement projects. For the past year, I have focused on flooring sales, providing tailored flooring solutions that meet the performance, aesthetic, and budgetary needs of multifamily properties. My combined experience in maintenance and sales allows me to understand customer needs from both operational and business perspectives, enabling me to build strong relationships and deliver effective results.

What advice do you have for someone just starting in your field:

One of the most valuable lessons I've learned throughout my career is not to be afraid of making mistakes. Every challenge, setback, or misstep presents an opportunity to learn, grow, and improve. Rather than viewing mistakes as failures, I see them as essential parts of the learning process that help build knowledge, confidence, and expertise. By embracing these experiences, I have been able to develop new skills, refine my approach, and continuously improve both personally and professionally.
