Tell us about your career:
I started my career in the multifamily industry over 15 years ago, not fully realizing just how large the industry was or the opportunities it would create! Early on, I had a mentor who encouraged me to get involved with my local apartment association and learn by being active and engaged. I’m incredibly grateful I took that advice. Through committee involvement, classes, and annual events, I have built relationships that continue to shape my career today.
I’ve been with BGSF for 11 years and counting. I began as a local sales representative, moved into sales management, and now serve as Vice President of Sales. I love that my role allows me to stay closely connected to our clients while also coaching and developing our internal team. Working in staffing and property management means facing new challenges every day—and that’s what keeps me energized.
I’m deeply committed to delivering the highest level of client satisfaction while helping our employees discover new career opportunities. Being able to make a real difference in people’s lives is incredibly rewarding, and I couldn’t imagine doing anything else.
What advice do you have for someone just starting in your field:
My advice is to get involved with your local association and focus on what genuinely excites you. Lead with your energy and passion, but most importantly—show up. Do what you say you’re going to do. Your reputation matters, and how you show up when things go wrong is just as important—if not more—than when things go right. And don’t be afraid to ask for help when you need it—this industry is full of people who are more than willing to support those who show up and give back!
