Tell us about your career:

Throughout my 13+ year career in the multifamily industry, I have grown from frontline prospecting roles to national sales leadership, driven by a commitment to building trust, strengthening relationships, and leading by example. I have had the opportunity to support owners and operators across multiple states, helping them navigate growth, operational challenges, and technology integration while keeping client experience at the forefront of every decision.

My career has been shaped by a hands-on leadership approach. As I advanced into senior and executive roles, I remained committed to rolling up my sleeves alongside my team—whether solving complex client challenges, improving internal processes, or guiding expansion into new markets. I believe meaningful growth happens when leaders stay close to both their people and their purpose.

Today, I focus on driving national growth through scalable solutions, forward-thinking technology, and trusted partnerships. I am passionate about developing others, strengthening our industry through collaboration, and continuously raising the standard of service within multifamily housing.

What advice do you have for someone just starting in your field:

My biggest advice is to focus on relationships before results. The transactions will come, but trust is what sustains a long-term career. Take time to truly understand the people you work with—their challenges, priorities, and goals. When you lead with service and curiosity, opportunities follow.

Second, don’t be afraid to start at the ground level and learn the fundamentals. Some of the most valuable lessons I learned came from prospecting, handling objections, solving operational issues, and sitting in the details. Those early experiences build resilience and credibility. They also make you a stronger leader later because you understand the work firsthand.

I would also encourage new professionals to stay adaptable and embrace technology. Our industry continues to evolve, and those who are willing to learn, innovate, and improve processes will stand out. Growth happens when you are open to change rather than resistant to it.

Finally, lead before you have the title. Show up consistently, follow through on commitments, support your team, and be willing to do the hard work. Leadership is not about position—it’s about influence, integrity, and the example you set every day.
