With over a decade of experience leading high-performing teams at globally recognized luxury brands like Tory Burch, Burberry, Coach, and J Crew. I’ve built a career on delivering high-touch service, cultivating meaningful relationships, and executing with excellence.
As a servant leader, I bring warmth, clarity, and emotional intelligence to every conversation. I believe success starts with connection—and that loyalty is earned through trust, consistency, and thoughtful partnership.
Today, as a Regional Sales Executive at Valet Living, I lead business development across the Carolinas, building long-term relationships with Multifamily leaders and property partners to enhance resident experience and retention. I bring the same strategic mindset I used in luxury retail—analyzing pipelines, forecasting performance, mentoring talent, and exceeding sales targets—into my work in the multifamily space.
My passion is creating moments that feel personal while driving results that are measurable. I’ve been told I have a way of making people feel seen and valued and I believe that’s where the best business begins.
What advice do you have for someone just starting in your field:
Be authentic and you will easily find your place in the Multifamily community. Get involved in your local apartment association, you will meet wonderful people that you can learn so much from! Do not be afraid to ask lots of questions- this industry has a rich history with so many people that are willing to give advice and share best practices. Dedicate time each week for self education; our industry is rapidly changing, stay aware and informed.
Learn from your mistakes, move on, and ensure you are working with honesty and integrity.

Outside of work, you’ll find me attending church, catching a great concert with my husband, watching Clemson football with my son, traveling to our favorite place, Sea Island, Ga., or walking my beloved Cavalier King Charles, Baxter.
