Tell us about your career:
My career journey in multifamily has been incredibly rewarding and has taught me the value of relationships, resilience, and showing up consistently. I began my career onsite in property management, where I spent 7 years growing through various roles and learning the day-to-day operations that keep communities running successfully. From there, I transitioned into the supplier side of the industry, which gave me a new perspective on partnership, service, and supporting onsite teams in a different capacity.
Today, I serve as a Business Development Manager with InterSolutions, LLC specializing in multifamily staffing across the Triad and surrounding North Carolina markets. My role allows me to connect amazing talent with incredible apartment communities while helping clients solve staffing challenges quickly and effectively.
What I love most about my job is the people. Multifamily is truly relationship-driven, and I enjoy building genuine connections, helping properties succeed, and knowing that the work we do directly impacts teams, residents, and communities. No two days are ever the same, and I thrive in the fast-paced, solution-oriented environment.
What advice do you have for someone just starting in your field:
My advice for anyone looking to get started in multifamily or staffing is simple: be willing to learn, stay consistent, and never underestimate the power of relationships. This industry rewards people who are dependable, adaptable, and authentic. Don’t be afraid to start small, ask questions, network, and put yourself out there. Persistence and passion will open doors you never imagined possible.
