I’m a Business Developer with Bland Landscaping, where I focus on building relationships and supporting property managers across the multifamily and commercial real estate industries. My career has centered on connection, communication, and finding ways to add value to the clients and communities we serve.
I’m also actively involved in industry organizations like CREW, which has helped me grow professionally and deepen my commitment to collaboration and leadership.
What advice do you have for someone just starting in your field:
Focus on building strong relationships and being open to learning from everyone around you. Don’t be afraid to ask questions, stay curious, and take advantage of industry organizations. They’re a great way to grow your network and your knowledge. Showing up consistently and following through goes a long way.
Anything else you would like to share:
Outside of work, you’ll usually find me enjoying the beach, spending time with flowers and nature, bird watching, or staying active with sports & music, often alongside my husband Johnny of 12 years. I love anything that gets us outdoors and recharging.
