Tell us about your career:

What started as helping a friend out four years ago in a world I knew nothing about, quickly evolved into opened doors and opportunities in this great industry. I started as a leasing professional with Apartment Dynamics and was promoted within a year to Assistant Community Manager. After about a year in that role, I earned the title of Community Manager at my current community with Apartment Dynamics, which has been the greatest journey.

What advice do you have for someone just starting in your field:

Don’t be afraid to take a leap of faith and do the hard things. Learn, grow and develop yourself, your style and your brand. Never stop asking the questions that someday, someone will ask you. Network and gain a mentor or two.
