Tell us about your career:
My carrer in property management began in 2020. Over the past 3+ years, I have worked as both a Leasing Professional and now Assistant Community Manager at The Morgan at Chapel Hill. Having a team-oriented mindset has been a crucial focus for my career and development so far. I love growing with my team and also pouring into the newer members and helping them succeed. I also currently serve as a member of AANC's NextGen Committee.
Looking ahead, I am enthusiastic about the opportunity to further expand my skills and knowledge, both personal and professional. With a clear focus and passion for delivering exceptional service, I am excited to take on new challenges and continue to advance in the dynamic field of property management.
What advice do you have for someone just starting in your field:
Find and develop a good support system! Learn from those who have been in the industry for a while and soak up whatever knowledge and wisdom they offer. Be a team player and be involved in offering your time and talents for the benefit of your team. Having a good team and developing a good support system can make or break your experience!
Anything else you would like to share:
My beautiful wife, Amanda, and I have been married for 5 years. We love watching movies together and spending time with our rescue pups (Quincy and Louie). I am also an avid Duke Football fan, and you'll find me on the field at each game videoing for Duke Football Talk.
