Tell us about your career:
I started in property management in 1990... just out of college! I have enjoyed learning and growing personally and professionally since! I enjoy the challenges that inherently accompany this industry. I am afforded the opportunity daily to push myself, and to grow and expand my capacity for handling difficult situations. I have made lifelong friendships as a result of being a part of this industry, and for that I am grateful.
I have been with Apartment Dynamics since 2019, and I am very proud to be a part of this wonderful family owned, family focused company!
What advice do you have for someone just starting in your field:
Remember that not everyone looking for an apartment is living their best life at the moment. Sometimes people are experiencing life changing events when they walk in your door. Always be empathetic, listen carefully, assess their needs and desires, then do your best to help them find their new apartment home.
You have the opportunity to make a difference in their lives in just one day, but that impact can last forever!
