Tell us about your career:
35 years of success as an operator from leasing to directing a portfolio in the property management industry followed now by four years on the supplier side as PetScreening's senior director of education and enterprise sales. I'm always amazed by this industry and can't get enough of it!
I hold a degree in the management of human resources, have earned the title CPM from IREM, and was honored to be inducted in 2024 as a Hall of Fame member in South Carolina. Let's talk about your company's educational and pet policy management needs. These are my PM passions today.
What advice do you have for someone just starting in your field:
Continue your education and your volunteer service to the property management industry! This industry is truly ever-changing, so education and service are cornerstones for an amazing future.

Along the way, don't forget to be a grass-roots activist for your industry. If this industry is providing you with a career, protect it. And have lots of fun!
