Tell us about your career:
I began my career in 2009 as a leasing consultant and was promoted to property manager in 2011. While I've managed a wide range of properties, my true passion lies in the craziness of new construction and lease-ups.
I now enjoy serving the industry in a vendor role, where I provide staffing solutions and connect top talent with great opportunities. I wear many hats—including recruiter, resume advisor, candidate coach, and direct hire placement specialist.
I'm passionate about helping people become the best version of themselves and take pride in being approachable, honest, and thorough in every interaction with the people that I serve.
What advice do you have for someone just starting in your field:
Always take the high road - it will lead you to the right place every time! Take a lesson from every experience - especially the not-so-fun ones. Invest in the people who call you "boss," just as someone once invested in you!
