Grant has over sixteen years of experience in the industry specializing in mid-rise and garden-style assets including both value-add and lease-ups. He began his career in Wilmington, NC with Phillips Management Group, then joined Fogelman Properties for nine years. His dedication and passion led him to fill multiple leadership positions for RAM Partners in the Raleigh/Durham and Charlotte markets. Due to his success overseeing a historic 1893 mill in Gastonia, NC consisting of 85 luxury units for RAM, the developer, Lansing Melbourne Group noticed and hired him as their Director of Asset Management. He would then oversee a portfolio of over 1500 units from North Carolina to New Hampshire. Most recently, he oversaw a Lansing Melbourne portfolio of 750+ units under Denholtz Properties as the Regional Property Manager located in Greater Charlotte, NC. Throughout his career, Grant has received multiple prestigious awards. He won Rookie of the Year with RAM Partners LLC in 2020, was a Property Manager of the Year Finalist with Fogelman Properties in 2017 and 2018, and won Property of the Year with Fogelman Properties by achieving an overall 8.9% increase in rental income. He was also the Resident Relations Management and Marketing Management Winner in 2017 as well as Leasing Professional of the Year in 2017 with Fogelman Properties. In 2013 and 2014, Grant held a position with the Wilmington Apartment Association as the Membership Chair and was a nominee for Property Manager of the Year. In 2024 Grant was selected as the Regional Property Manager Of The Year with Willow Bridge. He currently holds CAM (Certified Apartment Manager) and NALP (National Apartment Leasing Professional) certifications.
Currently, Grant oversees properties in Charlotte, Raleigh/Durham, and Columbia SC
