It is an incredible opportunity to network with other industry professionals, earn continuing education credits, and learn about pressing legislative items for our industry. Further, once becoming educated on these topics, teams of property management professionals then go to the North Carolina State Legislative Building to meet with our state representatives and senators to discuss these important issues and ensure that our industry’s interests are considered when enacting new legislation.
