I began my career in property management in 2021, stepping directly into a Property Manager role. I’ve always been passionate about organization, leadership, and creating positive living environments for residents. Currently, I manage Birchfield Apartments in Fayetteville, NC—a 132-unit community under Sweetwater Property Management.

What advice do you have for someone just starting in your field:

Jump in with a willingness to learn and grow. Property management is fast-paced and people-centered, so communication, consistency, and teamwork are essential. Find mentors, ask questions, and take ownership of your growth—you’ll be surprised how quickly you find your rhythm and make an impact.
