Tell us about your career:
I have been in the multifamily industry for 15 years, and 11 of those years have been with Pegasus Residential. I started my career in military housing before I found my home in multi-family. I have done it all from leasing to property manager to now Senior Regional Manager. I love being involved in this industry and the associations and have served on the board for the AAWNC as President and Past President. I am a two-time Regional Manager of the Year with the AAWNC but cannot take full credit in these as I have the best teams. I love coaching and developing future leaders. I have learned that with great people you can do great things!!
What advice do you have for someone just starting in your field:
Lean into your teams! We cannot do it by ourselves, a lesson I learned early in my career. We are better together! Never stop learning. This industry is constantly changing and evolving, and you have to be adaptable. Multi-family is a great community with amazing leaders, coaches, teachers, etc., and it can give you the best career opportunities out there!
