AANC State Supplier Membership Dues - Budget Info

Suppliers are vendor members who provide a product or service to the North Carolina apartment industry. All members, including suppliers, must join their local apartment association in order to be a member of the Apartment Association of North Carolina (AANC) and the National Apartment Association (NAA).

If your company is a supplier member company of one of the seven local North Carolina apartment associations, you are automatically a Tier I State Supplier Member. AANC offers two optional membership tiers for supplier members, Tier II and Tier III; the deadline to join is February 28, 2019.

AANC State Supplier Membership

• Tier I State Supplier Membership
  • $0 owed to AANC
  • Must be a member of at least 1 of the 7 NC Affiliates
  • Includes basic listing on AANC website
  • Option to purchase AANC Sponsorship & Advertising
• Tier II State Supplier Membership
  • $399 owed to AANC
  • Must be a member of at least 4 of the 7 NC Affiliates
  • Includes enhanced listed on AANC website
  • Option to purchase AANC Sponsorship & Advertising
  • Included in electronic supplier directory that is emailed to each owner/operator member across the state (sent no later than March 31, 2019)
• Tier III State Supplier Membership
  • $799 owed to AANC
  • Must be a member of all 7 local NC Affiliates
  • Includes enhanced listing on AANC website
  • Option to purchase AANC Sponsorship & Advertising
  • Included in electronic supplier directory that is emailed to each owner/operator member across the state (sent no later than March 31, 2019)
  • Receive electronic AANC Member Directory (receive no later than May 1, 2019)
