A MESSAGE FROM THE AANC PRESIDENT: Dec. 2023

Greetings!

Despite the hurdles, we've achieved significant milestones together. Each volunteer's time, talent, and wisdom have been instrumental in steering us through the year. I extend my heartfelt gratitude to all the AANC volunteers for their invaluable contributions. Your efforts have not gone unnoticed and have made a profound impact on our community.

Looking ahead, we stand at the threshold of a new chapter—one that presents us with opportunities for growth and innovation. The board conducted a strategic planning session last month, which provides a roadmap that aligns with our shared vision. Our goals for the coming year are ambitious yet achievable, thanks to the dedication and expertise of our committee members.

Our focus remains on enhancing our services, fostering stronger connections within our industry partners, and adapting to the evolving landscape. With a renewed strategic approach and a healthy PAC, we aim to elevate our association's impact and relevance.

I encourage each of you to actively participate and contribute your time, ideas and perspectives. Together, we can shape a future that not only addresses challenges but also paves the way for greater success and inclusivity.

Once again, I extend my deepest appreciation to our volunteers for their outstanding support this year and look for the 2023 AANC Annual Report to be delivered to all members this month. Let's embark on this new journey with enthusiasm and unity to lead us to a brighter, more resilient future for our association.

Registration for the 2024 LEAP Conference (April 29-May 1 in Raleigh) is NOW open and our targeted goal is to have 750 attendees so mark your calendars and budget appropriately!
