Tell us about your career:
I joined Elite Property Services in 2023 with a commitment to learning the ins and outs of our services. What began as a deep dive into operations quickly evolved into a natural transition into business development, fueled by my longstanding passion for building authentic, lasting relationships. Today, I’m proud to serve as Director of Business Development, leading our efforts to expand our reach and strengthen partnerships with multifamily communities across the state. Association work has been a great step for me, being mainly involved with TAA, and having the opportunity to meet and engage with PTAA and GCAA has really been a treat.
What advice do you have for someone just starting in your field:
I would say to fully jump in and be your authentic self. Find a way to make an impact in the smaller interactions day to day. Know that you will get there eventually as long as you keep showing up, try to learn from your mistakes and know you are not perfect.
