Tell us about your career:

I began my career in property management immediately after graduating college in 2007. I entered the industry as a Leasing Agent at the community where I was living and was promoted to Assistant Property Manager within six months. Shortly after, I advanced into a Property Manager role, gaining early hands-on experience overseeing day-to-day operations, leasing, and resident relations.

After managing my first community, I moved into student housing as a Property Manager at a large-scale community in Greensboro, North Carolina. From there, I continued working with several management companies in property management roles, earning my Certified Apartment Manager (CAM) designation along the way. Throughout my onsite career, I remained actively involved in the industry by serving on committees with the Piedmont Triad Apartment Association, participating in industry events, and contributing to professional initiatives within the multifamily space.

After several years onsite, I was recruited to transition to the supplier side of the multifamily industry. While I was initially nervous about making the move into sales, I decided to take a leap of faith and try something new. I spent nearly eight years in my first sales role with Rent., where I built strong client relationships and expanded my understanding of the industry from a vendor perspective.

I currently serve as a Regional Account Manager at Dispo Depot, where I support property management companies with eviction-filing and delinquency solutions across the Southeast. I remain highly engaged in the industry and currently serve on three committees with the Piedmont Triad Apartment Association, as well as on the State Suppliers Council with the Apartment Association of North Carolina.

With experience spanning onsite operations, leadership, and supplier partnerships, I bring a well-rounded and practical perspective to the multifamily industry. I am passionate about relationship-building, industry involvement, and helping property management professionals navigate complex challenges with confidence and efficiency.
