I started my multifamily career 6 years ago with Phillips Management Group and have loved it here since then. I have seen my growth throughout the years thanks to the support provided to me by Phillips Management Group. I have a strong understanding of the multifamily industry and I continue to learn more each day because in this industry you never stop learning. I love what I do and I am looking forward to being successful and encouraging others to push for their success.

What advice do you have for someone just starting in your field:

I will tell others to look for success in this career growing little by little and looking forward to a great future ahead of them. It's all about encouragement and looking for a positive leadership.
