Tell us about your career:
With over 20 years of on-site experience in multifamily management, my career has been rooted in building strong communities. When the COVID era reshaped how we live and work, I took an opportunity to pivot and make a meaningful impact. As Metronet entered my market, I embraced a new role that focused on educating communities about the rapidly evolving demands of remote access, where fiber-optic connectivity plays a critical role.
Over the past four years, I’ve continued to grow trusted relationships across the communities that Metronet serves. In the most recent year, I’ve narrowed my focus exclusively to multifamily housing—working directly with owners and asset managers to bring their communities into our fiber network, increasing their asset value and elevating resident satisfaction.
What advice do you have for someone just starting in your field:
Don’t be afraid to start something new. Stay nimble, lean on your experience, and focus on building trusted relationships—those are the traits that turn good professionals into market leaders.
