Tell us about your career:
I started practicing law in my home state of Ohio back in 2006. When I relocated to Charlotte, a mutual acquaintance introduced me to Chris Loebsack and I started working for him shortly after he formed Loebsack & Associates, PLLC in 2013. I stuck around long enough that I'm now Supervising Partner at Loebsack & Brownlee, PLLC.
What advice do you have for someone just starting in your field:
Focus on relationships and practicing law the right way. Performing your duties with integrity and fairness will go a long way because the attorneys, judges, court staff and even opposing parties you encounter along the way will always remember how you treated them.
Anything else you would like to share:
The multifamily community is such a strong resource for anyone in this industry. Get involved with the associations and whatever you put in will yield exponential returns.
