Tell us about your career:
I started in the multifamily industry about 5 years ago as an Account Executive for Real Floors. I had just left active service in the Air Force and transferred to the North Carolina Air National Guard. While maintaining a full time career and continuing to serve, I decided to utilize my military benefits and return to school for my degree. I graduated Magna Cum Laude from Wingate University in 2025 with a Bachelors in Communications. As of October of last year, I was promoted to lead the sales team at the Charlotte branch.
What advice do you have for someone just starting in your field:
A good reputation is everything. Work as hard as you can, as consistent as you can, and always be transparent. The rest falls in to place.
