Tell us about your career:

I began my career with Sherwin Williams in June 2012 as a Management Trainee in Charlotte, NC. From there, I took on a variety of positions from Assistant Manager, Store Manager, and Outside Sales Representative. My passion for Multifamily began when I was the Store Manager in Winston Salem. The community, network opportunities, and relationships formed completely sealed the deal for me. When the opportunity to be the dedicated MultiFamily representative for Guilford County appeared, I immediately jumped on the opportunity and have been dedicated to this market for 5 1/2 years and counting! 

What advice do you have for someone just starting in your field:

My advice for anyone starting in the MultiFamily field would be to get involved in your local association. Many of the connections I have formed just starting out blossomed through PTAA. I would also tell them to deepen connections with everyone you encounter- your network is your net worth!
