NAA Update from Lisa Taylor, NAA Region IV Vice President | December 2024

The National Apartment Association recently held its largest annual business meeting, the Assembly of Delegates, in Atlanta, GA. During the meetings, the Board of Directors approved the 2025 budget, which includes healthy funding for our education and advocacy efforts, and the Assembly of Delegates approved the 2025 Slate of Officers. The incoming slate includes two of Region IV’s very own: Alan King, Berkshire Residential Investments as Chair and Chris Burns, Willow Bridge Property Co., Chair-Elect. Other officers include: Jeannette Cox, Vice Chair; Brian Chase, Landmark Property Services Inc., Treasurer; Mark Hurley, Highland Commercial, Secretary; with Rick Snyder, RA Snyder Properties, Immediate Past Chair.
