Tell us about your career:
What began as a green hand building custom boat docks on Lake Norman during college summers (Go ECU Pirates!), turned into a fascination of the entire construction process. As summers quickly dwindled and career paths had to be chosen, I found myself inspecting homes throughout the Charlotte market. Learning and visualizing all phases of construction lead to the desire to onboard with a GC.
Here we are, completing six years on the GC side of Multifamily, still learning everyday. Meeting colleagues that turn into career friendships and partnerships. I can truly say that Multifamily is a community that I love and am grateful to be a part of everyday.
What advice do you have for someone just starting in your field:
Find a company with like-minded ideals and core values, get involved in and outside of work, advocate for your team and industry. The rest will fall in place!

Charlottean, born and raised! While not working, you will find me on the lake during the summertime and at any Charlotte Sports Team event throughout the year.
