I believe a volunteer leader is someone who is willing to step up and serve whenever and where ever needed while putting others needs first.
What advice do you have for others who are looking to serve in a leadership role?
Be authentic. Do it for the right reasons and be willing to serve in any capacity needed.
What is your favotire AANC moment?
2018 AANC Education Conference was amazing and historic for us with record breaking numbers!
What is one goal you hope to accomplish in 2019 with AANC?
My goal is to spread my passion for our industry by inspiring and motivating others to become more engaged. Once you are "plugged in" you really start to experience the benefits of being part of something so amazing.
