HB 806: Owners & Operators of Community Pools Not Liable for the alleged transmission of COVID-19

House Bill 806 was passed and will be sent to the Governors office. This week the bill was gutted and rewritten to address the liability of reopening privately owned community swimming pools. This bill states that owners and operators of community pools are not liable for the alleged transmission of COVID-19.
