Tell us about your career:
I started in the industry in 2012 and I found my passion in helping others find a place they are proud to call home. I have been fortunate to work at a variety of communities, both new and old, and roles ranging from part-time leasing consultant to seasoned Community Manager. I pride myself in using the skills I have obtained over the past decade to be a resource to my coworkers and others within the industry.
What advice do you have for someone just starting in your field:
Be willing to learn. Remember this is your resident's home. Take the time to listen, maintain a positive attitude, and work together with your team to accomplish goals. You get to be the hero that fulfills the demands of not only your residents but your organization.
