Tell us about your career:
Started out as Groundskeeper almost fourteen years ago. While never thinking about being in the multi-family industry I have developed a versatile skill set that has enabled me to grow from a technician to a Senior Service Manager. Throughout my career I have had the opportunity to train and mentor associates as well as contribute to the development of CAMT candidates by teaching various topics. I have seen many folks improve on their skills and be successful in their careers. That is gratification and fulfillment in itself.
What advice do you have for someone just starting in your field:
My advice would be to learn all you can and stay focused on the revolving changes especially with technical aspects of appliances, HVAC, and tools. Find a company that will invest in you and believes in you. Do what keeps you motivated and empowered.
