Tell us about your career:
I began my career in property management at just 18 years old in the summer of 2015 as an administrative assistant. Over the years, I’ve had the privilege of growing within the industry, working with Greystar and RKW Residential. At 18, I never could have imagined where this path would lead me. From lease-ups to D-class properties, takeovers, multi-site management, and now my first high-rise lease-up, every step has been a new challenge and opportunity. This journey has been filled with invaluable knowledge, unforgettable experiences, amazing clients, and inspiring industry leaders who continue to shape my career.
What advice do you have for someone just starting in your field:
Work hard every day. Seek out training, take initiative beyond your job description, and never give up. With persistence, dedication, and a willingness to grow, you’ll find yourself moving up in this incredible industry.
