Tell us about your career:

Began as a part-time leasing agent in college, and once I graduated I moved to full-time. My love for the industry and passion for customer service helped me progress in my career. I moved up to assistant property manager and in less than a year of being in this position, I was promoted to property manager. As a manager, I am involved in the outreach and diversity committees, with the GCAA. I also, in my spare time, volunteer at Victory Farms Inc. assisting with therapeutic horseback riding.    

What advice do you have for someone just starting in your field:

Every person you meet is going through a battle you cannot see, treat all with kindness. If someone is upset remember its more about them, and less about you. Lend a listening ear, take a deep breath, and move forward. Our industry is all about caring, caring for our residents, prospects, and co-workers. Don't ever lose sight of that.
