AANC Board Spotlight | Jennifer Pittman
Jennifer Pittman (she/her) is a Regional Property Manager with Apartment Dynamics and a member of the 2025 AANC Board of Directors. Yet long before she became a rising force in the multifamily industry, Jennifer could be found knee deep in water with a fishing pole in hand. Her father Wallace, an avid NC sportsman, took Jennifer hunting and fishing from the moment she was able to walk. Since that time, Jennifer has continued to fish wherever she can find a body of water, with calm determination, patience, and a great curiosity to discover what lies beneath the surface. These same skills that have made Jennifer a skilled angler have contributed to making her a strong and inspiring leader in the apartment rental industry.
Jennifer’s first role in multifamily housing was with A-Venture Management, where she began as an Assistant Property Manager. Over 13 years of demonstrated commitment and excellent work ethic, she rose to the role of Chief Operating Officer and assisted the group in successfully selling off their portfolio of assets. Soon after, Jennifer was looking for a new challenge and accepted a position as an on-site Community Manager with Apartment Dynamics where, she shares, she “focused on driving performance through strategic revenue growth, delinquency reduction, and maintaining an average occupancy of 98% on a particularly challenging asset.” Her consistent results and dedication led to her current role as Regional Property Manager, in which she supports multiple communities and strengthens client partnerships.

Fayetteville, NC is where Jennifer has worked professionally and lived her entire life. With such strong roots in the area, she firmly believes that she owes her success to her mom, dad, and stepdad, along with her beloved chihuahua Sweets. Jennifer continues to fish regularly, sharing that her “current love is brackish water, catching red drum while spending time on the Pamlico Sound and Neuse River in Oriental, NC.”
Jennifer has become a leader in the multifamily industry and an inspiration to others. Whether she is reeling in a fish or closing a sale, she approaches all her endeavors with understanding, preparation, and patience, knowing, and reminding us all, that the best is yet to come.
