This year’s AANC Education & Legislative Conference LEAP: Linking Education, Advocacy & Partnerships was one for the books with over 740 in attendance! Congratulations & Thank You to Blue Ridge Companies, Drucker + Falk and Ginkgo Residential for sending to most team members. We were entertained by a world-class magician, learned from the best, honored the elite, raised funds for the PAC and advocated for our industry. Absolutely none of this would be possible without the generous sponsorship from our suppliers partners and contributing management firms.
Let’s extend a HUGE thank you to AANC’s Kristin Goins, Engagement Manager, as well as our AANC Education Committee for putting this event together for us. Particularly the AANC Conference Subcommittee lead by Stephanie Loyd with J Turner Research and Elizabeth Anne Richardson with Phillips Management Group. There were an incredible 60+ volunteers this year who also deserve a pat on the back!
Congratulations to two industry legends who were honored at the 2024 Hall of Fame Induction during the Conference Recognition Lunch last in April: Josie Eatmon & Russ Marshall. The Apartment Association would not exist as it does today, without the foundation laid and torch carried by Russ & Josie.
While we’re celebrating excellence, let’s congratulate our 2024 Larry Cranford Scholarship Winner: Carla Holman, as well as our AANC Leadership Lyceum 2024 graduating class!
