
Professional Bio
Sam Amato, originally from Beaufort, SC, and raised in Summerfield, NC, grew up in a household led by two Marines who have enjoyed a successful entrepreneurial career in the apartment industry for over 25 years.
With a diverse background spanning leasing, marketing, website development, strategic partnerships, advocacy, mentorship, and leadership, Sam brings a wealth of expertise to every team she leads.
Sam began her career in the apartment industry in 2014 as a Leasing Agent. She quickly advanced to Assistant Manager, Community Manager, and Regional Marketing Support before transitioning to the supplier side. Currently, she serves as the Strategic Partnerships Regional Manager at Loebsack & Brownlee, PLLC, where she supports, collaborates, and partners with 24 apartment associations and team members across five states- and growing.
Her leadership extends beyond her role, as she actively serves as Vice Chair of the AANC Next-Gen Committee, leads the AANC 20 on the Rise Taskforce, PTAA Suppliers Council Secretary, and PTAA Membership Vice Chair.
Sam’s contributions have been recognized within the firm, as the “Visionary” in 2023 and the “Sunshine” award in 2024, reflecting her inspirational, energetic, and people-focused approach.
When she’s not building lasting relationships and driving strategic initiatives, Sam enjoys spending time with her family, her furry friends, and soaking up the sun outdoors.
