Haley Philip

Haley unexpectedly fell into the property management industry 12 years ago by starting as a part-time leasing consultant with Bell Partners Inc., where she is currently a Community Manager. Eight years ago, she decided to get more involved in her local association as a way to do her part in advocating for the industry, and she has been a dedicated member ever since. Haley has volunteered on various committees, previously taking on in a WAA Committee Chair and Committee Co-Chair role, and she currently serves as Secretary on the WAA Executive Board and will continue to represent her local association Board of Directors by serving as the Treasurer in 2024. Haley has been through two acquisitions, five dispositions, and three lease-ups with four different management companies at seven different properties. With over a decade of devotion and development, she was recognized as the recipient of the 2015 WAA Crest Award for Leasing Consultant of the Year, 2017 WAA Crest Award for Assistant Manager of the Year, and 2022 WAA Crest Award for Community Manager of the Year.
