A fast-moving presentation covering any and all emerging issues in the multifamily industry to include updates on fair housing trends, areas for risk management concern and any changes in case law or statutory law that might have taken place between now and the conference. This presentation will ensure that all attendees are as up to date as they can be on best practices to avoid being the next target of litigation while also providing some level of entertainment and levity to what can sometimes be a heavy topic.
