Tell us about your career:

I started in the industry in 1986 as a groundskeeper. Working my way up through tech, maintenance assistant, service manager, regional maintenance coordinator, and then to Director of Maintenance for a top 50 management company. After 36 years with my previous employer, I decided to venture to the vendor side and have been with Chadwell for three years as a National Account Manager.  

What advice do you have for someone just starting in your field:

Never stop learning and growing. When you are green you grow. When you're ripe you rot!

As an industry, we need to promote multifamily management to the public to help bring new talent to the business and to communicate the opportunities that lie ahead!
