Tell us about your career:
I started out my career in Charlotte at a start-up medical software company utilizing my degree in Exercise Science and made my way up to the Sales and Account Management department. In 2015, my husband and I became an Apartment Life team and lived at two apartments in the South Park area of Charlotte and hosted resident events and gatherings. We both love connecting with people and making new friends.
It was through the art of neighboring that I fell in love with Apartment Life and in 2018 I stepped on staff as a program director managing the Crescent, RKW and Greystar programs in Charlotte. Then in 2021, I stepped into the Regional President position over the Carolinas and started rebuilding our industry connections and learning donor development. After a restructure, the Carolinas division morphed and joined forces with the other East Coast divisions. Which led to my to role changing to the Vice President of Growth for South Carolina to NYC. This role allows me to use my gifting in connecting with others and leading a team of match makers to ensure we have the most engaging communities and best events on the East Coast.
