Tell us about your career:
I started my career in the fast-paced world of corporate fashion in NYC, where I sharpened my eye for detail and my passion for working with people. When the world shifted in 2020, so did I! I pivoted into Client Relations and have been enjoying that space ever since. In 2024, I had the opportunity to join the multifamily industry, which has been an incredibly rewarding experience. I love finding solutions for our clients and witnessing the positive impact that steady employment has on our candidates. Solving problems and creating opportunities for people isn't just what I do - it's what I love.
What advice do you have for someone just starting in your field:
Say no to imposter syndrome! I haven't been in this industry long. When I started, it would have been easy to feel like I didn't belong because I didn't have years of onsite experience or tenure. In this field, you may find yourself in rooms full of people with more experience, better connections, and deeper industry knowledge than you. It’s natural to feel out of place at times, but push through that discomfort. Imposter syndrome keeps you stuck. Belief in your ability to grow and contribute is what moves you forward. You do belong.
