She began her career with CoStar Group as a Field Research Photographer, gaining a strong foundation in market data, property insights, and on-the-ground industry knowledge.
Following CoStar Group’s acquisition of Apartments.com in 2014, Charlotte transitioned into sales approximately four years ago, where she has continued to build long-term partnerships and deliver impactful marketing solutions for multifamily clients. Her dedication to client success and industry collaboration earned her the 2024 Diamond Award for Marketing Supply Partner of the Year, a testament to her leadership, consistency, and results.
Beyond her professional role, Charlotte is deeply involved in industry advocacy and education. She currently serves as Vice Chair of the Professional Development Committee for the Piedmont Triad Apartment Association, where she helps support education, engagement, and growth opportunities for multifamily professionals across the region.
