I begin my career with Hawthorne as a Leasing and Living It Specialist and have been able to grow to my current role as a Regional Manager. Taking a leap of faith to leave the service industry and start a career with multifamily was the best decision I have ever made. Being able to grow from a Leasing Consultant to a Assistant Manager to Community Manager to now a Regional has really helped me become more relatable in my current role. I was able to obtain my CAPS credentials which was a very beneficial course. I absolutely love the company I work for. The culture, the people, the education, the endless amount of support makes me love my job even more every single day.
