Tell us about your career:

Celebrating my 30th year in property management in May this year. I started as a leasing consualtant out of college for a local company/family. They were building a new apartment community with 88 apartments. I oversaw 12 phases of construction with a total of 374 apartments. I have managed anywhere from 8-20 team members on a daily basis and it has been amazing!  

What advice do you have for someone just starting in your field:

Enjoy every minute of meeting new people and the satisfaction of helping individuals find the perfect rental home!

Be patient and ALWAYS listen! You will be amazed at the stories!
