What advice do you have for someone just starting in your field:
Don't be afraid to speak up. Some of the best ideas that I have ever implemented have come from people that are brand new to the industry with new perspectives.
Anything else you would like to share:
Find a mentor, and be a mentor. In this crazy world we call "Property Management," you will learn so much from your leaders and peers. As much as you need someone to lean on sometimes, know that there is someone out there that looks up to you in that same way.
