Tell us about your career:
Since beginning my multifamily career in 2016, I’ve built a strong foundation in residential real estate by leading high-impact lease-ups and community takeovers across major U.S. markets. At Bozzuto, I’ve played a key role in launching and stabilizing communities of all sizes-including an 816-unit high-rise lease-up and a 555-unit repositioning by combining data-driven marketing strategies with a relentless focus on operational excellence.
My experience spans diverse and competitive regions such as Washington, D.C., Miami, Fort Lauderdale, Orlando, Atlanta, and Charlotte, where I’ve developed a reputation for driving occupancy, elevating resident satisfaction, and building high-performing teams. Now serving as the General Manager of Oro Ballantyne, I remain passionate about delivering premier living experiences and fostering communities that residents are proud to call home.
What advice do you have for someone just starting in your field:
Be curious, be coachable, and never lose sight of the resident experience. The multifamily industry moves fast and touches everything from marketing and sales to construction and hospitality, so the more you learn early on, the more valuable you become. Don’t be afraid to ask questions, take initiative, and seek out mentors who will challenge you. At the same time, remember that behind every unit is a person trusting you with their home. If you lead with empathy, stay solutions-oriented, and take pride in the details, you’ll not only grow quickly, you’ll build communities people truly want to be part of.
Anything else you would like to share:
I’m an active member of both the Membership and Programs Committees with the Greater Charlotte Apartment Association (GCAA), as well as the Membership Committee with the Apartment Association of North Carolina (AANC). I’ve especially enjoyed getting involved with Government Affairs at the state and local level, advocating for thoughtful, forward-looking solutions to the challenges facing the multifamily industry in North Carolina. It’s been incredibly rewarding to contribute beyond the property level and support the long-term health and growth of our industry.
