Tell us about your career:
With six years in the multifamily industry, I’ve had the opportunity to grow through a wide range of experiences—from lease-ups to stabilized communities and multi-site operations. Currently, I serve as Vice President of the Apartment Association of Western North Carolina and Chair of the Education Committee, where I’m proud to give back to the industry that’s helped shape my career.
At Pegasus Residential, where I’ve been for the past six years, I’ve had the privilege of mentoring new property managers and supporting successful new acquisitions. I’m passionate about building strong, high-performing teams and driving results through occupancy and NOI.
What advice do you have for someone just starting in your field:
If you’re just getting started in this industry, my biggest piece of advice is to get involved with your local apartment association. It’s been a game-changer for my growth and connected me with an incredible network of industry peers.
